A Well-Earned Retirement
Every company has that one person who holds everything together. Ours did it for 35 years.
Today we are celebrating Julie as she retires from J&L.
For three and a half decades she was not just our secretary, she was the voice our customers heard first, the calm during chaos, and the person who made sure things were done the right way. She cared about the details, about the customers, and most importantly about the people here.
Around here she became known as the company mom.
She checked on everyone, kept us organized, reminded us when we forgot things, and made sure our customer service never slipped even on our busiest days.
There are systems you can replace.
There are processes you can train.
But you cannot replace someone who genuinely cared for 35 years.
J&L is better because you were part of it.
Thank you for the patience, the consistency, the standards you set, and the thousands of conversations that built relationships we still have today.
Enjoy retirement. You have earned every minute of it.
