We are excited to welcome Josh Walland to J&L. Josh is joining our team as an account manager and will also be working closely with our design department. He is bringing strong skills in CAD design to help create custom pallets and crates that meet the needs of our customers.

Josh graduated from the University of Cincinnati where he gained great experience through their co-op program. That background gave him valuable hands-on knowledge that he now applies to real projects every day.

In addition to design work, Josh is helping with costing and quoting. He looks at the details of each project to make sure our pricing is accurate and competitive. This allows us to serve our customers quickly and with confidence.

Josh is also a direct point of contact for our customers. He makes sure projects move smoothly from start to finish and that communication is clear throughout the process. His mix of customer service and technical design makes him a great fit for our growing team.

We are happy and excited to have Josh on the J&L team and look forward to the impact he will make.
